Job Description

We are seeking a polished, organized, and motivated Executive Assistant / Administrative Support Specialist to join a professional team in Arlington, VA. This role is ideal for candidates early in their career who want to grow within a corporate environment and gain experience supporting multiple leaders.

This position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, and offers strong long-term potential with an opportunity to convert to a permanent role.


Position Details

  • Job Title: Executive Assistant / Administrative Support
  • Pay: $20-21/hr (depending on experience)
  • Type: Full-time, 6-month contract-to-hire
  • Location: Arlington, VA (metro accessible)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
  • Work Model: 100% onsite
  • Conversion Salary Range: Mid-50s, depending on experience
  • Requirements: U.S. Citizenship, background check, drug screen

What You'll Do

You will support a group of executives and assist with general office operations. Typical duties include:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Booking travel and handling expense reports
  • Providing general administrative and project support
  • Assisting with meeting room setup and light catering needs
  • Participating in rotating front desk coverage
  • Supporting coordination of internal meetings, events, and logistics
  • Learning basic AV/tech support for larger meetings (training provided)
